Abstract

Crossed renal ectopia with fusion is an unusual congenital anomaly. We report a case of 32-year- old man who had crossed renal ectopia with fusion (lemp kidney) asscciated with azccs ge- rmia which was diagnosed by renal artericgraphy, voiding cystor.rethrogram and semen analysis.
