IgA Nephropathy의 임상적 관찰

Abstract
From a series of 107 renal biopsy specimens examined by immunofluorescence microscopy, we found 21 cases of IgA nephropathy of which the clinical features, laboratory findings and patho- logical findings were reviewed in detail and the following results were obtained; 1) IgA nephropathy was 19. 6 Fo' of total renal biopsied cases and the positive r the of hepatitis B viral markers was 38. L p y 2) There was no sexual predisposition and the peak incidence. Of age was distributed from the 3fd. Decade to the 4th decade. 3) There were no significant differences in the clinical, biochemical, immunological and patholo- gical findings between the HBV markers-positive and-negative group. 4) The degree of IgA deposition in glomeruli had no significant relation with the urine protein and prostaglandin E,.
