신장에서 발생한 원발성 악성 섬유성 조직구종 1예

Abstract

Malignant fibrous histiocytoma is a primitive mesen- chymal tumor that shows partial differentiation into fibroblast and histiocytic cells. Primary involvement of kidney is very rare, with only 9 cases reported in the literature. We reported a case of primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the kidney, as others have the similarity in clinical presentation with renal cell car- cinoma.
