| Abstract |

Although administration of Chlorpropamide on 26 year-old female diabetes insipidus patient caused signifi- cant decrease in urine volume and increase of urine osmolality, combined administration with indomethacin did not increase the chlorpropamide effect. However, combined administration of chlorpropamide and indomethacin on 45 year-oid male diabetes insipidus patient seemed to produce much lower urine volume. Since the results vary, the antidiuretic effect of in- domethacin can be concluded after experiencing more cases. |
