다낭종성 이형성 신 1예

Abstract

We experienced a case of multicystic dysplastic kid- ney which was developed in right kidney associated with left hydronephrosis due to ureteropelvic junctional obstruction in a 4-month old female infant. She also had PDA. The diagnosis was based on radiologic and pathologic findings. Right nephrectomy and left pyeloplasty was perfor- med. A review of literatures was also presented briefly.
