신정맥 혈전증에 의한 선천성 신증후군 치험 1예

Abstract
When nephrotic syndrome develops within the first 3 months of life it is considered as congenital and rarely, congenital nephrotic syndrome can occurs in association with renal venous thrombosis, which diagnosis was based on the findings of clinical and/or radiological renal enlargement, hematuria and elevation in plasma urea. Thrombocytopenia, red cell fragmentation, oligur- ia is frequent associated findings. We experienced a case of characteristic of congenital nephrotic syndrome secondary to renal venous thrombo- sis in a girl, who was admitted to the Pediatric Depart- ment of KHUH at 2 months of age because of general- ized edema. The diagnosis was made by clinical manifestation, laboratory finding include renal ultra-sonogram. The symptom and sign were improved with conserva- tive management. In addition to case report, brief review of literature are added.
