Abstract
The tuberculosis in renal transplant recipients is variable in clinical manifestaion, snd commonly de- velopes at extrapulmonary site. Because such con- dition carry a significant mortality and morbidity and may jeopardize the function of the renal allograft, physicians who treat renal transplant recipients should be familiar with the diverse mani- festation of tuberculosis infection. We report a unusual case of tuberculous lymphadenopathy presented with abdominal mass in a renal transplant recipient mimicking lymphoma and discuss the problem of diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis in renal transplantation.
