| Abstract |

We observed extensive RBC cast formation in renal tubules associated with acute tubular necrosis in a patient with IgA nephropathy manifested as acute renal failure concident with gross hematuria. In MRI we observed decreased corticomedullary differentiation due to increased signal density of medulla which was thought to be caused by extensive RBC east formation secondary to massive glomerular bleeding. |
