고혈압 환자에서의 면역글로불린

Abstract
Immunological factors seem to be involved In essential hypertension In man, We have studied im- munoglobulin levels in the patients with essential hypertension and acquired the following results. 1. Serum level of IgG in hypertensive subjects (1, 225± 240 mg/dl) was significantly higher than that in normal controls(1,018±329mg/dl). 2. There was no significant difference in serum level of IgA hetween hypertensive subjects(382± 129mg/dl) and normal controls(379±128mg/dl). L There was no significant difference in serum lev el of JgM between hypertensive subjects(101± 35 mg/dl) and normal controls(10±45mg/dl). 4. There was no significant difference in serum levels of IgG,A and M between hypertensive suje- cts with and without antihypertensive treatment. 6. There was significant correlation between se- verity of hypertesion and IgG In untreated hyper tensive subjects(r=0.65, p<0.05).
