신증후성출혈열 환자에서 PHAST SYSTEM 을 이용한 단백뇨의 분류

Abstract
For evaluation of renal damage, especially glomeruli and tubules in patients with HFRS, we studied proteinuria of 15 patients who serologically identified and had classical clinical course of HFRS at the HFRS center of the Korean Capital Army Hospital between Nov. 1990 and Jan. 1991. Thus, we differentiated their proteinuria accarding to days after onset of illness and clinical phases using Phast system, and the results were as follows. 1) Before 10th day of disease onset, and febrile, hypotensive and oliguric phase, high incidence of MUS- GTP (24/30) was found, suggesting simultaneous devel- opment of glomerular and tubular lesion. 2) After 10th day of disease onset, and diuretic and convalescent phase, high incidence of SGP (4/5) and no proteinuria was found, suggesting improvement of renal damage in convalescent period. 3) In diuretic and convalescent phase, tubular proteinuria disappeared earlier than glomerular proteinuria. Above results show that the proteinuria in HFRS may result from increased glomerular permeability and tubu- lar damage, and in the early course of the disease, functional derangement of glomeruli were developed and were continued till convalescent phase.
