Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibody (ANCA)- realted rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis (RPGN) is a rare disease, and renal transplantation of this dis- ease has not been reported in Korea. We here report a case of renal transplantation showed ANCA-related RPGN. The graft function was good without relapse of underlying disease. It was suggested that renal trans- plantaion may be one of good treatment in patient with chronic renal failure whose underlying disease is ANCA-related RPGN. |
