장기 혈액투석환자에서 류마티스양 관절염에 속발된 장관유전분증

Abstract
Amyloidosis is an intriguing disorder with a vast number of gastrointestinal manifestations from asym- ptomatic to gastrointestinal bleeding that can easily be missed on initial evaluation. We have experienced a case of intestinal amyloidosis associated rheumatoid arthritis in a 58 years old woman who has been on maintenance hemodialysis for 6 years. She admitted because of lower abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal fullness. Characteristic radiological feature consists of diffuse thickening of the small bowel valvulae conniventes was the first clue for the diagnosis of intestinal amyloidosis, and a subsequent rectal biopsy established the diagnosis.
